Laura Stöckl is a Luxembourgish Designer and Artist currently based in Amsterdam.

She has worked in London, Milan, Paris, and Berlin for high-end fashion houses including

Louis Vuitton, Karl Lagerfeld, Matthew Williamson and Liebeskind Berlin as designer of bags and leather goods, ready-to wear, concept design, print and accessories. 

The award-winning designer has studied at Istituto Marangoni in London, graduating with first class honours and showing her collection at Graduate Fashion Week '13, nominated for the Fashion Innovation and Womenswear Award. She was also finalist for the Vogue Young Vison Award '13 and her collection was shown at Oxford Fashion Week '14. 

 

Furthermore, Laura completed a Postgraduate Degree in Accessory Design with distinction at Institut Français de la Mode (IFM), Paris. In the frame of her studies, Laura collaborated with multiple luxury fashion houses such as Dior, Delvaux and Ballin on accessory design and developing new creative techniques.

Laura draws her inspiration from colours and cultures of the multiple metropolis she’s lived at, including Mexico City. Her approach in fashion and art, which in her universe merge seamlessly into one another, is based on a balance between colour and shape, exploring material and conceptual reinvention. Her artistic influence is drawn from modern and contemporary art.

Laura is a listed Artist at Saatchi Art Gallery since early 2016, selling her original artworks to international galleries and private collectors and she has participated in various group exhibitions.

Early 2020 Laura completed a factulty training at Istituto Marangoni to become a qualified colour, concept research and fashion design teacher at the international fashion university.
